Delivery processing time
For products fulfilled by us, all orders are processed within 1-2 days. We deliver 7 days a week (except on national holidays and major festivals). Orders placed before 8 pm are delivered the next day. Delivery might be delayed due to unforeseen weather conditions or traffic movement restrictions.
Some products are fulfilled directly by our brand partners (on a drop-ship basis), please check the ‘Shipped Fresh by Producer’ tag on the website. These products may take longer than 24-48 hours to be delivered to the customer; the exact information will be provided on the product page. Cash on Delivery may be not applicable on these products.

Serviceable Pincodes
Freco delivers across NCR with the exception of some pin codes. You can contact us on +91 9999867878 (whatsapp/call) or support@freco.in to check if we provide service in your pincode. The entire list of pincodes can be found in the link below.
If you have already placed an order with us and your pin code isn't serviceable, we will inform you of the same. In this case, you can either ask for delivery at a different address or a refund/voucher.

For products shipped directly by our brand partners, it is the responsibility of the brand partner to communicate and coordinate for the delivery. These orders may take more than 24-48 hours to deliver. Cash on Delivery may be not applicable for these products.
For products shipped by Freco, you will receive an order confirmation email and WhatsApp text.
